खगड़िया जिलाधिकारी अमित कुमार पाण्डे ने अनुशासनात्मक कार्रवाई करते हुए रिश्वत लेने के आरोप में एक लिपिक को निलंबित कर दिया है. निलंबित कर्मी अनुमंडल कार्यालय गोगरी के तत्कालीन निम्न वर्गीय लिपिक विवेकानंद कुमार बताया जाता है.मिली जानकारी के अनुसार विवेकानंद कुमार पर रिश्वत के तौर पर ऑनलाइन राशि लेने का आरोप लगा था. मामले में गोगरी के अंचलाधिकारी के द्वारा उनके विरुद्ध अनुशासनात्मक करवाई करने का अनुरोध किया गया था. साथ ही किशोर न्याय परिषद के प्रधान दण्डाधिकारी ने भी विवेकानंद कुमार के विरुद्ध कई दिनों से बिना किसी सूचना के कार्यालय से अनुपस्थित रहने एवं उनसे कोई भी संपर्क नहीं हो पाने का जिक्र करते हुए कार्रवाई करने का पत्र लिखा था. ऐसे में डीएम ने त्वरित कार्रवाई करते हुए आरोपी कर्म को निलंबित कर दिया है. निलंबित कर्मी पर कार्यालय से बिना सूचना के अनुपस्थित रहने, सरकारी कार्य में लापरवाही, उच्चाधिकारी के आदेश का अवहेलना करने, कर्तव्य व अनुशासनहीनता का आरोप लगा है. डीएम के द्वारा निम्न वर्गीय लिपिक को बिहार सरकारी सेवक (वर्गीकरण नियंत्रण एवं अपील) नियमावली 2005 भाग-4-09(1) (क) (ग) के आलोक में तत्काल प्रभाव से निलंबित किया गया है. निलंबन अवधि में उनका मुख्यालय प्रखंड कार्यालय, बेलदौर निर्धारित किया गया है और निलंबन अवधि में उक्त नियमावली के भाग -4-10(1) के तहत उन्हें जीवन निर्वाह भत्ता देय होगा.

The suspended employee is said to be Vivekananda Kumar, the then lower class clerk of the sub-divisional office, Gogri. According to the information received, Vivekananda Kumar was accused of taking money online as bribe. In this case, a request was made by the Circle Officer of Gogri to take disciplinary action against him. Along with this, the Chief Magistrate of Juvenile Justice Council had also written a letter to take action against Vivekananda Kumar citing his absence from the office without any information for several days and no contact with him. In such a situation, the DM took immediate action and suspended the accused Karma. The suspended employee has been accused of being absent from the office without notice, negligence in official work, disobeying the orders of a higher authority, dereliction of duty and indiscipline. The lower category clerk has been suspended by the DM with immediate effect in the light of Bihar Government Servants (Classification Control and Appeal) Rules 2005 Part-4-09(1) (a) (c). During the suspension period, his headquarters has been fixed as Block Office, Beldaur and during the suspension period, he will be paid living allowance under Part 4-10 (1) of the said rules.
